Summer Picnic Party

Summer Picnic Party

BBQs and Pool Parties are fun at the Jersey Shore.

This recipe is a real hit and very easy. It is good served warm

with ice cream.

My family loves hot dogs and hamburgers, ribs, sausage and pepper and

steak and onion kebabs. Save room for dessert.

EZ Peach Cobbler

Mix 2/3 c. sugar and 1 T. cornstarch in pot.

Gradually stir in 1 c. boiling water. Boil 1 min.

Add 3 c. peaches and juice. (32 oz canned sliced peaches opt)

Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Dot w 1 T. butter and ½ t. cinnamon.

Prepare Bisquick shortcake recipe.

Drop by spoonfuls onto peaches.

Bake 375 30 min. Good w vanilla ice cream!


My granddaughter likes corn on the cob for picnics!



And don't forget watermelon too!
