I wish you…eyes to see the pain of others, the needs of the poor, the changing of the seasons, a snowflake on the fresh fallen snow, a whisper from a little one, a sunrise on the start of a summer day, the chatter of happy kids playing, quiet time at night with the one you love.

I wish you Courage, Hope, Faith, Patience, Compassion.

I’m proud of all your achievements. Your hard work. Your support of your husband. The knowledge you have attained. Your skills of teaching.

I will always cherish the memories of you growing up, your smile, endless days at the beach, playing with your brother, and all the times for tea and sandcastles and dress up.

Because of you, I have hope in the future. I know our grandkids will be a success,

You are smart, beautiful, resourceful, kind. You helped me, a young mother, enjoy the wonders of life and letting go was easier knowing you were strong and good and would make the world a better place. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the world go on through your children who I know will make a difference in their world. Stay strong, forgive often, carry on.
