"Soul Surfer" about Bethany Hamilton's Shark Attack

Have you heard about the film "Soul Surfer"? It is about surfer Bethany Hamilton's shark attack and her challenges to continue to be a professional surfer. It is a spiritual journey that would be great for your kids to hear about!

She held a Meet and Greet in Ocean City. It was so exciting to see all the kids lined up to meet her.

Her story is very inspiring!

Bethany's father Tom Hamilton grew up in Ocean City, NJ.

Bethany said, "It was what God had taught me growing up that helped me overcome my fear and get back on the board. 'Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go' (Joshua 1:9)."

Summer fun in Ocean City. I can not wait til summer!

Surfing contest @ 7th St Beach. My husband has been a surfer since he was 12! He used to sit in front of me in 9th grade homeroom. He used to come to school everyday with his long hair soaking wet after already being out surfing. I think it was love at first sight!
