Fall leaves Pumpkin Latte Pumpkin Bread Jack o Lanterns
Hope you had a great weekend. We went out to look for fall leaves and I got some great shots...check out jerseyshorejournal.com for the article thru the scenic byways of South Jersey. We stopped by the Apple Fest and enjoyed some pulled pork and apple cider. The apple pie is in the freezer for later.

Here is a recipe for Pumpkin Latte...Mmmm!
2 c. hot milk
2 t. sugar or splenda
1/4 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. pumpkin spice (combine cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
4 oz. strong coffee
whipped cream
top w spice.
Combine hot milk, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin spice in blender. Whip. Pour into coffee cups, add coffee and top with whipped cream & more spice.

Here is a delicious recipe for Pumpkin Bread.
Pumpkin Bread
Mix in a large bowl:
3 ½ c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
3 t. cinnamon
2 t. nutmeg
1 t. cloves
3 c. sugar
Add:
4 beaten eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. mashed pumpkin
1 c. oil
1 ¾ c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. raisins (optional)
Bake 350 degrees
45 min. – 1 hour
2 – greased 9 x 5 loaf pans or
3 medium loaf pans and 2 small loaf pans.
Enjoy! Great for gifts.
